- 长白山（滿語：ᡤᠣᠯᠮᡳᠨᡧᠠᠩᡤᡳᠶᠠᠨᠠᠯᡳᠨ，穆麟德轉寫：Golmin Šanggiyan Alin），古名不咸山（或为白罗聂·显乾之音译）、太白山，在朝鮮半島稱白頭山（朝鮮語：백두산／白頭山），1962年因《中朝边界条约》割让给朝鲜部分后成为中华人民共和国和朝鮮民主主義人民共和國邊境的界山。广义的长白山是指一条西南－东北走向绵延上千公里的一系列山脉，横亘于中华人民共和国吉林、辽宁、黑龙江三省的东部及北韓兩江道交界处。 狭义上的长白山则单指其主峰白头峰，是一座休眠的活火山，在清朝时曾多次喷发。主峰白头峰最高點位於火山臼形成的天池南部的朝鲜民主主义人民共和国境內，天池位於兩國的邊界上，該火山湖是北韓的國家象徵。而在中國的東部部分，分屬吉林省白山市撫松縣與延邊朝鮮族自治州安圖縣，該處也是一個知名旅遊景點。它实际上是一个相当宽阔的环形火山口（山体相对高度1600米左右，而山体宽度则达十几公里）組成。长白山也是鸭绿江、松花江和图们江的发源地。

Getting there
Most visitors base themselves in 白山 and visit on a half-day or full-day trip. Use the Chinese name (长白山) in a taxi app — drivers rarely read English.
Insider tips
- Carry your passport — many ticketed sites in Jilin require real-name booking for foreigners.
- Avoid the first three days of the October Golden Week and the Spring Festival rush if you value quiet.
