Bring craft into more wardrobes

This page covers eligibility, samples and QC, lead times and capacity, settlement, and prohibited conduct. After you submit the form, merchandising reviews fit by category and capacity.

1. Who we partner with

We prioritize fabric, garment, and accessory partners—especially factories or brands with relevant craft and reliable reorder capacity.

Clear assortment: describe styles, materials, and core SKUs so the right buyer can review.
Responsive contact: complete business details shorten the first review cycle.
Long-term fit: we prefer stable delivery and reorder capacity over one-off shipments.

2. Eligibility and materials

Initial review usually needs entity details, category and capacity range, representative product images or links, and a business email/phone. Quotes, QC reports, or factory audits may follow.

Use a real business email and phone. Fake entities or unverifiable contacts end the review.

3. Samples and quality control

In sampling, both sides agree on sample cost, shipping, and retention. Bulk must match the approved sample; shade, workmanship, and sizing issues follow the agreed QC standard.

For special crafts or made-to-order items, the written tech pack and acceptance criteria control.

4. Lead times and capacity

State realistic lead times and commitable capacity. Post-PO date changes need advance written notice; repeated misses can affect future work.

5. Settlement and reconciliation

Payment terms, credit period, and invoicing follow the written agreement. Share preferred settlement at application; we do not promise payment terms before a signed partnership.

6. Prohibited conduct

Counterfeits, infringing copies, or unauthorized use of another brand or design.
Concealing material quality risks, false capacity claims, or forged credentials.
Bypassing agreed channels to sell to end customers or leaking order privacy.

7. Application process

Verify company and contact details
Route to the matching merchandising buyer
Arrange samples or capacity talks when needed

We reply as soon as we can. Incomplete files may need follow-up before sampling or quoting.
